Professional 1-on-1 Coaching

Summary

I believe that everyone can benefit from an outside professional mentor at some point in their career. Whether that is because you are new to management, you suddenly find your company grew from three to fifteen people, or you are looking to improve your professional skills.

What to expect from 1-on-1 coaching

  • 2 x 50 minute meetings with Nathan each month.

  • Goal setting and review every 3 months.

  • Accountability and progress towards set goals.

  • Access to Nathan with time-sensitive questions in-between meetings.

  • Access to Nathan's developed resources.

Meeting

Regular Meetings

Together, we will discuss your challenges, your goals, and set timelines for meeting your goals. I will design our conversations around the way you work, learn, and retain information. 

During our conversations, we will talk about your progress. I will offer advice and suggestions, and perhaps most importantly, hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself.

Think of me as someone on your team: I am there to listen and help you. We are partners in this process!

Advice Based on Understanding You

We will work on setting goals and developing strategies that are based on practical solutions but also grounded in research. 

First, I will spend time learning what you would like me to learn of your industry to help tailor our conversations and strategies for achieving your goals. Second, you will get advice that is based on my experience and knowledge from other researchers.
